These people are the real deal. Best estimate and best service as it turns out. Carl is very detailed when doing his estimate. Other bidders came with not even a piece of paper! The installer was efficient and follow-up was prompt. They installed new return air vent filters and cleaned my dry duct for free. The office personnel were very cordial when I called with questions. Highly recommend this company and the great staff.

AC stopped working on a very humid day. I called Russet and they were able to send a technician out that day while other companies asked me to wait. The Tech was able to diagnose and correct the issue promptly. The response was fast and the price very fair!. It's not the cost that impressed me even though it was fair, it was the positive attitude, friendliness and caring of all of the staff I was in contact with that was impressive.
